Most often, I support executives, project leaders, and transformation officers in public administrations, public enterprises, church institutions, and civil society organizations. What they all have in common is the search for orientation in complex situations\u2014when projects stall, resistance slows progress, or existing methods no longer work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I frequently encounter situations where much has already been tried, but no breakthrough has been achieved: deadlocked processes, unclear responsibilities, conflicting expectations, or the pressure to finally make digital transformations succeed. My task is to penetrate this complexity, regain clarity, and derive an approach that holds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I provide orientation, translation into concrete steps, and guidance with a sense of proportion. The goal is to empower organizations and decision-makers not merely to endure transformation, but to shape it with confidence.
