In my work as a transformation designer, I have contributed in various contexts to enabling and supporting transformation processes. In doing so, I combine academic grounding with practical implementation. Below you will find a selection of projects in which I have been involved—or continue to be involved:
- Consulting/Coaching in municipalities (selection according to CV): Berlin-Pankow, Hanover, Constance, Ingelheim, Rheinfelden, Sonthofen, among others – process coaching, competence development, facilitation.
- TU Berlin – Center for Technology & Society – Head of Organizational Development & Entrepreneurship; projects “Successful Start-ups from Science” and “Good Research: Organizational Development for Research Groups”. (2008–2011)
- Loccum Procedere Workshop Conferences – conception and organization of the Participation-Innovation-Camp (in cooperation with the Protestant Academy Loccum). (since 2008)
- 2nd Engagement Report of the Federal Government – expert opinion on participation procedures and the digitalization of participation. (2014)
- Citizen Participation Leipzig – evaluation/recommendations as the basis for a Leipzig participation model. (2016)
- Global Forum for Modern Direct Democracy – process facilitation. (since 2017)
- Academy for Learning Democracy – development of the academy, summer academies (including 2019/2020/2022/2023), as well as international formats.
- StadtmacherAkademie (vhw) – program development and validation for municipal personnel and competence development. (since 2018)
- Master’s in Transformation Studies (CVJM University Kassel) – program development, teaching, practice coaching. (since 2018)
- Intersectoral School of Governance (DHBW) – development of the executive program. (2018–2020)
- Abstimmung21 – academic support of the nationwide initiative through procedural process validation (final report 2021).
- Toolbook for Transformation – development of the working materials “Small Tools … with Big Impact” in several editions, commissioned by the Federal Environment Agency (de/en/es).
